Refund and Return Policy
At ShopByAli, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully inspect every product before shipping to ensure quality. However, if you encounter any issue with your order, please review the following policy.
Return Period:
You may request a return within 14 days after your order has been delivered.
Return Conditions:
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all product tags and labels attached.
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
If the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
Unboxing videos and product photos are required as evidence when submitting a return or defect claim.
Please record a video while opening the package showing the condition of the product and packaging.
Include the product tag or card visible in the video.
Refunds or exchanges are not accepted for final sale items.
Exchanges (for size or color changes) are possible under the same terms, and shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Important Notes:
Returns without an unboxing video or missing product tags will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
If the returned product is used, damaged, or missing parts, it will be sent back to the customer without a refund.
